Ripe fruit aromas of black plum, blueberry, cherry are mixed into a bouquet of roasted hazelnut, vanilla, coconut from a year in barrel. Mature and round on the palate, this well-structured vintage has a generous fruit signature, soft finish.

PINOT NOIR

Bright garnet in color with a ruby tint. Cherry, cranberry, raspberry and spice on the nose with a silky mouthfeel. Lively mid-palate with a round finish.
Joesph Drouhin,Pinot Noir, Chorey les Beaune
Aromas are surprising in their intensity and fruit. On the palate,a tender, supple, graceful, round body. Very flavorful in the aftertaste, with a hint of blackberry jam. When the wine gets older, wild blackberry is the dominant aroma.

The aroma of our 2011 Rhone de Robles is bursting with fresh cherry and hints of black pepper and spice. Hints at the lush mouth filling flavors. This Rhone style blend is flavor delicately balanced by rich, silky tannins.

This elegant Chardonnay offers a rich, ripe and fruity character with a delicious blending of vanilla, pear, citrus and melon flavors. Subtle oak undertones and a long, balanced finish

Fresh, crisp and precise, the wine delivers lovely citrus, nectarine and apricot notes balanced by toasty French oak. The palate is still rich and silky with a brisk, minerally finish.

PINOT GRIGIO
Banfi Lerime, Toscana, Italy
Pale straw in color, the wine offers impressive rich, ripe fruit aromas that hint of pear and white flowers.
King Estate, Willamette
Light straw in appearance with an emerald brilliance. aromas of raspberry, grapefruit, honeydew melon, lime zest, floral notes and a hint of honey. Lemon-lime, green apple, white peach and on the palate with a hint of spice.
Viscous mouthfeel with crisp acid and balanced finish.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
Silver Birch, Marlbourgh, New Zealand
Stainless steel tanks combined with clean and simple winemaking techniques make for a pristine and crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe fruit flavors of kiwi, pear, and green apple with distinctive mineral and gooseberry notes prominent.

REISLING
Cupcake, Mosel, Germany
Hints of ripe honeydew and lemon chiffon.The flavors of creamy lemons, bright citrus fruits and a hint of sweetness. Broad and full-bodied, it finishes with a zesty thirst quaffing zing that leaves the imbiber wanting another glass.
Helfrich Noble, Alsace, France
A pretty, floral Riesling, with a creamy texture and hints of lychee to the yellow peach and light mineral notes. Lively and clean, with a light smoky finish.
